Resources being limited and to avoid war as (brutal and barbarian) means of regulation of demography and redistribution of territories and resources, the global management of populations is essential
for the control of demography by developing educational systems generating conditions
of progression in order to eliminate the potential
risks of conflict related on water and energy. For that, it is necessary that all the
governments are democratic, so that is possible the sustainable development of a world binded by trade,
exchanges and freedom of movement of goods and people .

The injustice, oppression, brutality, disorganization,

But the system of values of leaders is built essentially on force, trick and organization

They have as a bequeathed active principle from generation to generation :

You! Yes, you! Vile rich, with undeserved wealth, never satisfied like nomads besieging a disaster city by their repeated

In your society, you created two

It is a right and a duty for the international community to lead the United
Nations to require and impose referendums or elections in due form so that
these oppressed people can choose their leaders freely and acquire a political
conscience by the exercise of their rights and reach the culture of the
democracy gradually .
